Founded with the vision to strip interior furniture down to its absolute, powerful essentials, Murva Logic focuses on honest materials. We believe that furniture should not hide its structure. The solid walnut planks we select show their raw rings, nodes, and textures. The matte black steel support frames show the character of their welds.
In our workshop, our master carpenters work in close proximity to Dutch steel fabricators. Every dining table, desk, and shelf is designed, measured, and built under one roof. Our passion lies in creating bold, architectural profiles that command presence while offering pure utility.
Our palette relies heavily on raw element combinations that give industrial loft spaces their timeless character.
We source our timber exclusively from certified, sustainable European forests. Each walnut tree trunk is carefully sliced, kiln-dried, and finished with organic, solvent-free hardwax oils. This accentuates the rich, deep brown core and golden sapwood tones while protecting the wood from daily spills.
Our finishes preserve the tactile feel of natural timber, avoiding the thick plastic coat of synthetic varnishes.
Our architectural bases are forged from Dutch structural carbon steel. We hand-weld each component, keeping the structural joins visible for raw character. The steel is then treated with a micro-textured matte black powder coat that provides exceptional scratch resistance and matches the organic warmth of walnut wood perfectly.
