These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase, commission, and delivery of handcrafted furniture, accessories, and customized design services provided by Murva Logic, a registered wood and steel design firm in the Netherlands. By placing an order, agreeing to a quote, or engaging with our studio, you accept these terms in full.
Our designs are handcrafted from raw structural steel and natural solid walnut wood. Because wood is an organic material, variations in grain structure, color, natural wood knots, and minor surface checks are characteristics of timber and are not considered defects. Similarly, industrial matte black steel finishes are hand-welded, which may display minor variations under the powder-coat layers. We build to standard tolerance limits discussed during showroom layout approvals.
Custom commissions require a 50% non-refundable downpayment before timber selection and design preparation begin. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to dispatch or delivery. Cancellations on bespoke items are not accepted once timber slicing or steel fabrication has commenced.
Delivery timelines are estimates. Murva Logic cannot be held liable for transport delays outside our control. Upon delivery, client inspection is required. Any visible defects, shipping damages, or structural issues must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to Murva Logic within 48 hours. We provide a 2-year warranty on structural weld joins and wood stability, provided the furniture has been stored in proper humidity environments (45-65%).
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Murva Logic's liability for any product defect, delivery delay, or warranty claim is strictly limited to the original purchase price paid by the customer for that specific item.
These Terms & Conditions, and all sales agreements concluded by Murva Logic, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
